Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StackMap.ai (referred to as the "Service", "Platform", or "Website"), which is owned and operated by LoomArc Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform or downloading any blueprint schemas.
2. Smart License & Usage Restrictions
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your successful payment/subscription (Pro Plan), LoomArc Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and use the downloadable JSON integration blueprints, templates, and schemas for your internal development and client integrations.
- You may NOT resell, sub-license, redistribute, or share the raw schema
.jsonfiles, code configuration templates, or blueprint bundles directly to any third-party websites or marketplaces. - You may NOT bundle or re-package our templates into competitive integration directory products.
- You may NOT utilize web scrapers or automated tools to systematically harvest our catalog of API maps.
3. Merchant of Record & Subscriptions
Our order processing and subscription billing are operated securely by LemonSqueezy, LLC. LemonSqueezy is the Merchant of Record for all sales transactions on StackMap.ai.
By acquiring a Pro license, you agree to LemonSqueezy’s terms of service and billing rules. You authorize LemonSqueezy to charge your designated payment instrument on a recurring subscription basis or as a one-time charge, depending on the tier selected.
4. Digital Goods & Refund Policy
Due to the downloadable and digital nature of the schemas, templates, and setup configurations (which are unlocked and downloadable instantly upon upgrade), all sales are final.
We do not offer automatic refunds after files have been accessed or downloaded from the portal. If you experience critical technical issues or find an error in the schema files, contact us at info@loomarclabs.com with details, and we will update or fix the schema mapping for you.
5. Disclaimers & API Changes
LoomArc Labs provides these integration blueprints on an "as is" and "as available" basis. API connections depend entirely on third-party SaaS services (such as Make.com, Freshbooks, Hubspot, Klaviyo, and others).
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the schemas will work uninterruptedly, indefinitely, or remain error-free if a third-party SaaS provider deprecates their API, changes endpoints, or alters their authentication payload layouts.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LoomArc Labs or its founder, Ankur Agarwal, be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, production downtime, or automated sync errors) arising out of the use or implementation of our templates in your server environments or automated pipelines.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
